Rising MS Course Registration 2026-27

It is time for students who will be in middle school in 2026-27 to begin the course selection process. The resources and information below will help guide decisions about your child’s course requests and help them reach the next stage of academic progress.

The registration book contains information about the multitude of choices in GCS and is designed to help you and your child make the best choices for middle school education and to prepare for high school and post-secondary opportunities.

Your student will register for course requests using the online course registration in Infinite Campus (IC) during their academic advisement meeting with their school counselor. Student advisement meetings will be held between February 2, 2026 – April 10, 2026.

Once student advisement meetings are complete you will be notified via voicemail message or a letter home that schedules are ready for approval. Parents will review and approve selections in Infinite Campus under Campus Passport.

If you have a request for a change or need other support, please contact your school counselor. Our goal is to ensure the selections are appropriate and that students are on a path to achieving their long-term goals.

Students will receive a copy of their course requests for the 2026-27 school year. Please take time to review and discuss your child’s course selections. We encourage students to take advantage of rigorous coursework as GCS is proud to offer courses and programs that will prepare students for educational and career opportunities after high school. A confirmed schedule will be available in August.
